Kinley had been doing my hair for 4 years now, The girls here are amazing and so so sweet! They are well educated in what they do!! Love all of them!! Madi does an amazing job at nails!
I wasn’t going to leave a review but I see from other reviews this seems to be an issue. I made an appointment that was scheduled more than a month prior. I called to confirm closer to the appointment and was told the stylist would be out on medical leave (glad I called!) so I was rescheduled. Again, I happened to be in the area so I popped in two days before my appointment to confirm. They couldn’t find me in the books. Got my nails done by Madi and she did an amazing job!! Everyone was so friendly and the vibes were immaculate, Thank you guys!!
My stylist was a sweetheart however I felt like she wasn’t listening to what I wanted. When I said what I really liked about the inspo pictures I sent in her response was she wouldn’t put color close to my face because the hair is more fragile there. Then at the end when she asked how I like my color my only response I could say right away was “I don’t hate it” because im not a confrontational person. Online scheduling was seamless and easy to use. The stylist that did an updo on my daughter’s hair was great, my daughter really loved her! The inside of the place was so cute. We will definitely be going back.
