Tanner was awesome! I had an extreme deadline of a week to buy an rv and I gave him a description of what I was looking for and he went above and beyond for us to search for what I needed and he found the perfect rv, we saw it and we made the purchase that very same day! *Howdy Rv in Mathis, Texas Operate in a very deceptive fashion. They do no not pay there employees according to what they have legally earned. The general manager Kris Olson is only there because her brother owns the company. She knows nothing about keeping hard working honest employees. The Mathis location has huge turn around with the number of employees who work there. The company owes me over $3000. I have attempted to reach the general manager. I’ve been trying to cancel both my Gap and Protection plan since December 2024 and get a refund but It hasn’t been done. I’ve called, left messages, and sent emails and got no reply. Contract mentions a “A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be added to any refund that is not paid or credited within forty-five (45) days after return of this Agreement to Us. The right to cancel within this Agreement applies only the original purchaser of the Agreement and is not transferrable.”
