I’ve been trying to cancel both my Gap and Protection plan since December 2024 and get a refund but It hasn’t been done. I’ve called, left messages, and sent emails and got no reply. Contract mentions a “A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be added to any refund that is not paid or credited within forty-five (45) days after return of this Agreement to Us. The right to cancel within this Agreement applies only the original purchaser of the Agreement and is not transferrable.”
