Had these kolaches a while ago and as a Texan, I strongly approve! The Shipley tastes like home. The pics on here honestly don’t do them enough justice, go try them for yourself and you’ll be back again.
Best Kolache place I've tried so far! Bun to filling ratio was perfect. Served fresh and warm. An easy handheld breakfast. Will definitely be back for more! The owner was super nice as well. 10/10
The storefront is officially open as of 12/7/2024! As a Chicago native, I’ll be the first to admit I’d never had a Kolache before trying Howdy Breakfast Buns. While I’ve had them a couple of times at other coffee shops on the West Side, this was my first time trying them directly from the storefront. This place is a hidden little gem. Perfect for catering too as they do custom logos to pair for any occasion. The variety of the flavors is great and when I came in one of the owners working was so kind. Definitely a place I will come back to!
