Hamza is a great landlord, never had any issues with him. Very responsive to maintenance requests and an honest guy who never tried to pull any tricks. Definitely would rent from him again.
Hamza is a great landlord that is very compassionate and understanding. He is able to work with you and help you through any issues big or small. I recommend any college student to rent with him as he is someone who makes the housing process very easy.
