I just want to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I’ve received at Howden Medical Centre, especially from Dr. Rose. She’s been incredibly compassionate, thorough, and always takes the time to listen. The entire team at the centre is warm and professional, making every visit a positive experience. We are truly lucky to have such a wonderful surgery in our community. Thank you, Dr. Rose, and the whole team!
I've unfortunately had to use their services a number of times over the past 4 years. I have had nothing but professional assistance, friendly welcomes, and seen the upmost care towards their patients. Sadly, a small number of patients seem to think they have the right to prioritise themselves above others, take out thier frustrations on staff and make it difficult for those working at the Practice. I could not recommend Dr Harrison and all his team enough!
Trying to get appointment is ridiculous phoned 3 times to be told by robotic uncaring Receptionist that there is no appointment yet again.
Have to say some staff at this practice go out of thier way to help which is rare.. Girl on reception (long blonde hair)was very attentive & professional with my issue regarding my meds she did her utmost to help and spoke to very professional pharmacy advisor who sorted my brand of meds out, lovely lady as well as Dr Skeet who is amazing. Well done to Howden medical centre for employing these organised kind professional people. 10/10
