Constantly a toxic smell of gas and fumes coming from this facility affecting the entire neighborhood. There have been numerous complaints and nothing has been done. It’s currently a Sunday and I can smell it and hear the machine is running. Can’t even sit outside my home.
Their (normal) oil recovery guy, not that smart, so give him a break, at least he’s nice IF you know your equipment and DONT need him to think or use common sense to serve you, because if you do, he’s going to raise his voice and blame you (the customer), for instance, if you have a dual tank and your not aware, he’s NOT going to see that other inlet at the top there, even though it’s right there. Company Truck was driving reckless today on highway 50 in Clermont (around 9am). Looked like he and another driver were both getting into a heated road rage. He cut off several vehicles in addition to the vehicle that he appeared to be in a feud with. Not a good look for your company! Very unprofessional, not to mention dangerous!
Well I use to like this company when the old staff was in office, I don't like they way I am spoken to. Always feel like the Office person speaks to me in patronizing voice or condescending way. I will be looking for someone else to pick up our OIL.
