Brought an Audi A3 from the Howard’s Taunton, really good sale service but the after sale service was not so good. I had to return the car to be repaired for a fault on the steering, they gave me a Courtesy car and drove my car from Taunton to Yeovil and back to the service garage. They left my car on empty, the red light was on when I collected it so I had to go straight to a garage to refuel. Excellent service from start to finish purchasing a used car online from Howards. Eddy handled the sale and was great at providing information and keeping in touch by phone and with videos, car was delivered by transporter in the exact condition described by Gary and overall just a very pleasant transaction. Highly recommended.
