Midway Appliance has a TERRIBLE service dept. They LIE to your face!!! Horrible customer service in the service department. Will lie to your face. Problems will get fixed only if you nag or take the product to them. We have purchased a freezer, refirgerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. We have had to have them out numerous times for the same problem. They have lied to both my husband and I on numerous occasions. A great home town appliance store This is a local store not a chain and it shows. The staff is personable, friendly, and very knowledgable. They educate you to assist you in making the perfect choice that fits you. You do not feel pressured to buy as with some places. A great selection and an overall great shopping experience.

Midway... the place to shop in the HD What a great experience ! Huge store with a hometown feel! Salespeople that actually ask you if you need help and HAVE the answers.... and the store is gorgeous with great prices !
Great Prices Midway has some great prices on big screen tv's. They are a huge store with helpful staff. The store is always clean. The prices on all appliances are great and they have a huge selection. They have a lot of sales, so keep your eye out, you will find what you want at a great price.
F Their Customer Service is non-existent and completely unprofessional. Our delivery date was cancelled and postponed twice- and WE had to call THEM!! They are always late and never call, and when I called to see where they were and if they were still coming, the woman in the office was was completely rude, unprofessional, and even argued with me. BEST service again from Midway Home Solutions! My refer went dead yesterday and they came out to replace it within 2 hours! WOW never had such a great shopping experience from anyone anywhere! Great deals, excellent service, terrific selection and best people in the Desert!
