Less than Zero Customer Service When my Whirlpool Duet washer stopped working last month I called Howard's Service Center because I have an extended warranty. Since then I've called several times and I've been disconnected twice, been put on hold as long as 15 minutes and discovered that all the managers are out of the building at the same time. No trouble shooting was done over the phone which could have saved at least a week. I was told they don't do service calls on Sat. but my husband called back and immediately got a Sa... read more
Cool TV's It was a pleasure purchasing my first plasma tv from Howard's. They have very good deals on most of their tvs. I was approved for their credit and got a good deal which is no down payment and no payments no interest for 1 year. The customer service was very good. I was very happy with my purchase and the whole experience.
Howard's Applicances Signal Hill I purchased a Maytag dishwasher which broke down just under a year. It was still on warranty. I have been trying to get it fixed for over 2 months. I have spent many hours on the phone to various people. I have asked Howard's to replace the dishwasher and they have refused. I will never buy anything from them and definitely do not recommend them.
Appliances with unbeatable prices I moved into my new place and was in need of a stove I saw there ad in the paper I called several times and spoke with a sales person. I went to the store purchase the stove and it was delivered the next business day. If you want fast and friendly service shop Howard's the best in the LB.If i would've know they worked that fast I would purchased all my appliances at Howard's.
