From the initial quote to the final installation, the support and professionalism were excellent. Very prompt, arrived on time, and clearly explained my options. The work was finished on time, and the price was exactly what was quoted. This company isn't cheap, but I highly recommend it if you want the best quality and a team that knows what they're doing. In my house, two full dual fuel heat pumps were installed.
Very professional and detailed organization. Howards Same-Day Heating & Air Conditioning came in did the job cleaned up and left a better workspace and what they found. They were very competitive. The man on the job were professional and personal.
What a nice company to work with! From the first call to the office and setting up an appointment, to dealing with Stephen in sales, and then Ben and the crew doing the install of new ducting and relocation of the complete air handler. First class group and first class work! I highly recommend them!
