Very Friendly, prices seem reasonable until you see the finished product. I am heartsick. Including fabric and other supplies, I spent in total close to $1000. With in days of use the ottoman caved in. In worse condition that when I took it in. Raw edges (that would be covered by legs) with only a few strands of fabric to hold tension to the piece. Robert does a great job and prices are fair. He takes the time to make sure that furniture is restored in a high quality way. He fixed an entire roomful of furniture for me after a flood, and it look amazing!

This business is amazing for refinishing antiques. They have taken my poorly treated furniture I left with others and made them look better than new. I'm grateful they save my cherished antiques, doing work that few can do these days. And the owners are so gracious to their customers and conscientious. I have been doing business with them for nearly 30 years.

This is what their upholstery work looks like. Their refinishing work is not impressive either. They ruined a few pieces of wood by sanding too much, damaging the profile.
