Do not use! Was also economy pools before. They don't answer the phone or call you back. Very disappointed.
Very satisfied, I cant remember my guys name but he's very thorough and a nice guy all around. Cust service has been great though I have not really needed them aside from the initial set up and payment info. The price is affordable and payment is convenient.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. the longtime Pool Guy that I used for years sold his company to this company and had an awful experience from day one. I looked at my pool today and noticed that it was full of leaves and the skimmers weren’t in properly and completely full and asked for the owner who I was told doesn’t talk to customers they sent the manager who is rude and said this is the service I signed up for. I terminated their service and he backed up aggressively and extremely fast out of my driveway. Find someb... read more
