Highly recommend here, Pete saved the day for us yesterday. He came and jump started our car as the battery went flat, excellent customer service (considering it was 16:55) more than happy to help.
When Jamie was working there they were brilliant, but he is no longer there. Telephoned them regarding my Korando car on Monday as I was unable to start it. They told me they were unable to look at it until 31st July. After I complained that the car is still under warranty they told me to arrange to get the vehicle down there. Having found a fault with the USB connector for my phone in my Peugeot, I went in to Howards as I knew they used to be a Peugeot dealership. They looked at the fault and within a few minutes found an answer to my problem and no charge! So very, very helpful and friendly. Thanx guys - I really appreciated your help xxx
