dealing w/them was horrible. they charged me for an item I didn't buy, they didn't bill my insurance, I talked to 3 reps who couldn't solve the problem and each one told me something different, they said they didn't have my insurance info but they did, they said they didn't have script but they did. finally I said forget it and I'm returning the items. I bet that won't get well either. you couldn't pay me to ever buy supplies there again.

The place to shop for all your medical supply needs in Yakima Howard's Medical Supply is the place to go in Yakima for all of your specialized medical supplies and needs. From wheel chairs to walkers...All CPAP equipment, supplies & etc...they have it all. They have an awesome supply of specialty shoes for diabetics. Over all a very impressive store with very helpful and knowledgable staff.

Great Medical Supply Howard Medical Supply is the best medical supply facility that I have ever used. We have been going to them for more than 10 years and they are so helpful. They take the time to explain what you are getting and how to use it. Everyone is very helpful, especially with insurance claims and all the paperwork. They make it easy!

A good place for a wheelchair The guy at Howard's took care of my father's wheelchair needs real well. It was really hard to get Medicare to cover our power wheelchair but they worked hand-in-hand with our doctor until we had all of the paperwork right. I wish it would have moved a little faster but I understand all the requirement the insurance companies put on the medical industry. What you would expect from Selah I was pleasantly surprised from what I found at Howard's. A group of people who went to the ends of the earth to answer all of my questions. I had to figure out what kind of scooter to purchase and they went over all my options, warranties, would I be covered by insurance, etc. I don't make decisions all that fast but they were patient with me. They have earned my trust.
