Paul is amazing! He is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Brought in two rings to the store. One to clean it up and one to size. Nothing fancy at all but I had them when I was younger and wanted to give to my daughter. Quick turn around and affordable for the service. However, when I picked them up I asked for a ring box. The woman kept saying, “Er, Um,Er.” She then told me she could put them in an envelope for me. Thanks for the envelope. I know I didn’t spend thousands but a little ring box would have been nice. Because of this, I won’t be back.
