The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and they did an excellent job cleaning my air ducts. They were thorough and efficient, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. The air in my home is now much fresher and cleaner, and I am very pleased with the results. Jeff is very knowledgeable and is willing to take time to explain the scope of services needed for my home. Teddy personally came out to do the estimate and quoted a price. The lady at the office is very responsive and the cleaning team was very professional and made sure things were covered prior to cleaning, and cleaned up afterwards. I can really feel the difference with the house cooling faster and less dust.
Jeff was on time, professional, thorough, and explained everything he was doing and made sure I understood. He was also honest where other people may have tried to rip me off (as a single woman, we get that a lot). I absolutely recommend Howards Duct Cleaners team they were awesome!
