They did an excellent job cleaning my engineered wood floors. Very pleasant , professional and highly skilled! Highly recommend!
My daughter and son in law had Howard’s come out to clean their carpets. After looking horrible the first time, they agreed to come out a second time. This was not any better with stains remaining as if it was never cleaned. When speaking with the company about their dissatisfaction, the woman was extremely rude, said she would not give them their money back and that they needed new carpet.
