Friendly, but looked at our washer for an hour, said he couldn't see anything, charged us $90, and left

We hired Howard to come and fix our gas oven that was not getting any power. He initially came out on a Tuesday and found some faulty wiring that he fixed and the power was restored. We were happy with his quick work and diagnostics and felt like it was a fair price. Unfortunately, when I tried to use the oven a few hours later the oven would not heat up. I called Howard, and he was here the next day. He fixed my oven quickly and explained the issue. He also took some steps to prevent future issues. The cost was just right. I appreciated the way he went to work and got it done!
