I have had many massages from various spas, as well as specialty medical professionals. After receiving a session from Howard, I noticed how unique and refreshing his techniques were. I felt an overall positive shift in my body. Physically, I felt open and flexible as anything tight had released. My sleep was also amazing the evening after the session. Howard is one of the most knowledgeable body workers I have had the honor of working with. I saw Howard after a car collision. He spent time feeling out and finding the tension and places of misbalance in my body and bringing ease to the muscles, all while talking me through what he was identifying and working on. I HIGHLY recommend Howard as a body worker, as well as a teacher for any body worker wishing to deeper the knowledge and expand their skills
