I received good care here for an ankle fracture. However, folks should be aware that they subcontract out splints and walking boots to a Texas outfit, DJO, which is not considered in-network for Aspirus insurance, resulting in a higher out-of-network charge. Edited to add: I did appeal the out-of-network charge with my insurer, who did change it to an in network charge. I would like Aspirus to be proactive in making sure places they subcontract out to are considered in-network, without having to go through the appeal process... read more

My aunt was seem here multiple times in two weeks. She complained of pain in her shoulder and down her arm. They repeatedly told her it was her rotator cuff and she needed PT. She was seen in the morning, same response. She died a few hours after she was discharged due to cardiac issues. As her niece with an EMS background, I will never forgive or forget. And it infuriates me every time I try to give a patient care report and no one listens. Likely that's a reoccurring theme. No one listens.

Called to get wait time for our son since wait was a couple hours at Marshfield. "Sorry we don't give wait times over the phone." Useless organization if you can't provide the bare minimum for URGENT care.
