My old doctor had retired 2 years ago, & I had been through many offices looking for a replacement. I was very satified with the manner of this facility. The girls in admitting are friendly & professional. Dr.Howard Young was very up to date on situations presenting themselves. Gave me no nonsense answers to what I needed to know & what would be expected on returning visits. His bedside manner is not very friendly. I guess I was spoiled by Dr. Pratt who was always a pleasure to see and you always left with a smile on your face. Dr. Young can be impatient. My father asked to have his ears flushed out which Dr. Pratt never had a problem having his nurse do this for my elderly father. As a matter of fact Dr. Pratt himself cleaned out my father's ears a couple of times. When my father asked Dr Young he said, "No, buy Debrox." My father was hesitant to ask him anything else.
