Appt was for 2:00, they checked me in but failed to put me in the flow and by 2:45 other later appts were seen, then I complained to the front desk and they said I was next, then they put me in a patient room and there I waited for another 25 minutes. I then saw the doctor for 8 minutes and was made emotional wait another 10 minutes to check out. Overall I had a 2pm appt , saw the doctor for a total of 8minutes and did not leave that office till 3:30!!!! Terrible customer service!! I have heard bad reviews of this company, n... read more
Dr. Katz is a caring and compassionate doctor who takes his time to listen and explain issues thoroughly. I highly recommend him. His office staff are patient, friendly and professional. The offices are immaculate. I’m very glad I picked this doctor and got some answers regarding my condition. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. Thank you, Dr. Katz and staff!
No fault of Dr. Katz. Orion & Cohen fix your database/software application system and tell patient ahead of time. Arrived on time and the front desk was extremely patient and helpful. For some reason your system no longer had my referral and I had to go through emails and patient portal of my primary doctor to find it and then email which wasn’t received at first.
