Mr. Toole did a great job helping me and went above and beyond to make sure I handled what I was dealing with correctly and professionally. Very professional and knowledgeable. I reccommend him to anyone needing a solid attorney.
I wish you could give someone a zero star rating, if you are looking for a lawyer that actually does what he tells you he's done for you on your dime and answers calls back, and answers your questions and does their job you've hired them for, then Howard Toole is not the lawyer for you, flat out. You get what you get when he has time with this guy, so if time is an essence with your case don't hire this guy.
