I have used Howard’s Tax Service for several years, but this year was an extremely disappointing experience. I dropped off my tax documents on February 10, 2026, and was told it would take a couple of weeks. After not hearing anything, I followed up with phone calls on March 30 and April 2, and was told my return was still not completed. When I went back in person on April 13, I was told my file was “on his desk” and that if it wasn’t finished, an extension would be filed.
