Went in for a $60 injection, left with a $633 bill. The consult lasted under five minutes. I was not told prices in advance and was not informed that cheaper worming tablets were an option before treatment was given, I had a baby with me so clearly had my hands full. When I questioned the bill and asked for a partial refund, I was met with shockingly rude behaviour. A complete lack of transparency and professionalism. I won’t be returning.

Super amazing genuine staff, helped me and my partner out with our 20 week old pup very honest and would highly recommend to anyone.
No BS Vet, calls a spade a spade. Doesn't try to make more money of you. Very competent. Identified my dogs issues within a couple of minutes. Was to a regional vet a several, they said everything is fine with my dog, which clearly wasn't the case. Even got a crash course on how to administer the treatment, as I'm living remote.
