After plumber was done with job, which was a great job, there were some cracked tiles he was going to come back and repair, an adjustment to the faucet he I stalled and and old toilet he was going to dispose of. Never heard from him again. Made multiple phone calls left multiple messages with no return call. It was like he vanished from the Earth. Not sure where the disconnect or breakdown in communication was and really don't understand why he would never return our call. I would not recommend this plumber due to the fact h... read more

Greg Howard, the owner, is an all around guy who has a great work ethic and personality! He was there when he said he would be and make creative decisions that were spot on. We are so happy with our new shower remodel and would highly recommend him to anyone!
