When I got in touch with Lucas at Howard & Sons Carpet Cleaners, my carpet was in a disastrous state. With a Golden Retriever and grandkids running around, it was laden with all sorts of stains. We were almost convinced it was beyond saving, but at least we wanted it to be clean, even if it never regained its original look. After reaching out to numerous carpet cleaning services for our sectional sofa, we finally opted for one particular company. We scheduled an appointment and received a text before their arrival. The team, Kai and Lucas, were incredibly friendly and professional. They got to work immediately, explaining the process and answering our questions while diligently working on our large sofa, with its 11 cushions and 15 pillows. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this company. The scheduling is done through a call center and the technicians seemingly make their own schedules. 2 days in a row, my appointment was cancelled last minute, once for a different “priority job” and the next due to a fender bender (tech was okay). When the tech did show on the third try, the price he quoted and charged me was 4x what the call center quoted. lucas arrived promptly in rowley and clearly had a firm grasp of his carpet cleaning duties. he managed to remove carpet stains that he initially thought were too stubborn. what stood out to me was that he also took the time to share some valuable tips. i would certainly endorse his services. not to mention, the pricing was quite reasonable too.

We had a fantastic phone interaction with Howard & Sons Carpet Cleaners, but sadly, they were almost 2 hours late for our planned 10:00am slot in Rowley. We had to rearrange our day quite a bit to fit in this appointment, so the delay was a bit frustrating. However, when I called them, a genuinely friendly woman, possibly clarence or kai, was very understanding and offered sincere apologies. they made sure to make up for the delay with their excellent carpet cleaning services.
