When Lucas arrived at our place in Rowley, he checked out our rug and let us know the price, even giving us a quote for adding another rug if we wanted. After finishing, he explained everything he did to clean the rug and talked about the equipment and products used. I would highly recommend Howard & Sons Carpet Cleaners for any carpet cleaning needs. I had my carpets cleaned in my new home in Rowley, including a pet stain in one of the bedrooms.
