Right from my first phone call, the staff was friendly, professional, and very flexible when I needed my carpets cleaned on short notice. I had our rugs cleaned recently in Rowley. I’ve used Howard & Sons Carpet Cleaners before to help with pet urine stains. Before the appointment, they sent helpful text reminders and called the day of to confirm when they’d arrive. Kai and Clarence were both friendly and very professional—they worked hard for a few hours, and my old, stained carpets looked like new again when they finished. My experience with the carpet cleaning service was excellent and very satisfying! Kai was professional, respectful, and friendly, and he really knew his stuff. He worked very hard and was able to restretch a section of carpet that was very noticeable in the middle of the room—now it looks seamless. Kai pays close attention to detail and works until everything looks perfect. He’s also one of the nicest people you could meet.
