I took my 4-year-old grandson to Dr. Schneider twice, just recently, a few weeks ago and I was quite pleased with Dr. Schneider, as well as his staff. The wait is pretty long, but I have no complaints as far as the care that was given. Dr. Schneider was pleasant, professional, and just a sweet man to talk to.

This doctor need to be arrested as we are a grandparent and what he did today to are grand daughter we are working on it and no child should be treated or torture and abuse from sick old man he is not a doctor in my book he torture children and abuse them

This doctor does not care for his patients or his office staff. He should not be allowed to work on children or adults for that matter. He uses outdated unclean methods that can cause infection and unnecessary need for further treatments. I took my 7 yr old son there as we have commercial insurance primary and medically needy medicaid secondary and was told that this is the only office in Jacksonville that would bill both insurances. im only 13 years old, but im going to tell you about my visit with this cruel man, i was about 6 when i had to go get fillings. i got there it seemed normal, when it was time for me to go back in the room, they did not let my mom come with me. therefore she threatened them with the law, they let her come back for the time being, they strapped me down on this orange board, i could not move. it was horrible. he yelled at me, for wiggling and then he gave me the gas and stuff. he did it. but he did a poor job at it. that night ... read more

Apply for Care Credit, save your money or do whatever it takes to get you child seen by a dentist who caters to and cares about children. Try Dr. Corey Park, he's wonderful and my 6 year old LOVES going to this dentist, even though he has already had one root canal, one extraction and 6 fillings.

I should have trusted my gut feeling about this place. I heard from other parents in the waiting area that it is normal there to wait hours past your appointment time. When he finally did see my daughter (3 years old) to do her fillings, he had previously said he would use laughing gas or anesthesia. He didn't. He strapped had me strap her down to a board and then did 3 fillings with no anesthesia, laughing gas, or novacaine. This dentist is absolutly horrible and has no sense of human compassion. He tourtures the kids and when the parents speak up, he throws them out of the room. THIS KICKER IS HE IS THE ONLY CONTRACTED MEDICAID DENTIST IN JACKSONVILLE, SO THE KIDS ARE JUST LEFT TO SUFFER AT THE HANDS OF THIS DISCRACEFUL DENTIST.
