Very professional and great customer service by Dr Berlin and his staff!!
The care they provide is good. Their billing dept needs improvement. They send repeated invoices after bill was paid because they are so slow in posting and some of the references on the invoice change so hard to tell if it is the same bill or a new charge. So you pay twice and then get a refund weeks later. Needless confusion.. There also have been mixup in appointments but that may have been due to the covid interruption.
Dr. Berlin had a pleasant bed side manner , friendly and explained all to me regarding an upcoming .
