I would recommend Howard S. Auld and Associates including Ryan Froehlich. I went to their firm after my boyfriend passed away unexpectedly April 9th 2024. Victor lived in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania I was his girlfriend for 20 years and I still live in Ohio about 2 hours away. Howard and Ryan went above and beyond, to help with his estate. We worked with Howard Auld and Ryan Froehlich, My wife and I could not have been happier with their service and Knowledge of the system. We were very frustrated to find a mortgage lien on our deed from over 20 years ago, that was never properly removed when we paid off the loan. Of course the bank in question was out of business.
