I purchased a new 2024 Class B RV from Howard RV Center in January 2024. I chose them because they are local in close proximity to my home and the ratings I saw were fairly positive. After communicating with Tom in sales I felt comfortable with using them for the biggest single purchase of my life. I feel this was a mistake. Having read the excellent reviews in addition to being an authorized/warranty dealership for Newmar, we decided to call ahead to schedule service on our DutchStar. Having traveled 3700 miles cross country, a few problems needed to be addressed. The service technicians were very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problems. Since the parts would take a couple of days to arrive, Mr. Howard personally invited us to park our coach on the lot, avoiding the expense of a hotel. We did not buy our RV from Howard RV Center, but wish we had. Our dealer tossed us the keys and forgot about us. The staff at Howards is TOPS. I feel they really care about the customer. The service we have received has always been great. They are a bit higher in price than some other RV service places, but I feel like I get what I pay for, and they stand behind there work. They use to be a Big Luxury motor home dealer, but specialize in trailers and used RV now. It's the economy I'm sure. Larry B.
