We came in around 11am on a Sunday and the waiting room was pretty sparsely populated, so that may have been part of why our experience was so good, but from the intake person, the triage nurses and doctors, everyone was absolutely great and supportive and comforting during a scary time that we were there for. Your mileage may vary, but I have nothing but good things to say about this ER during my one trip there.
This isn't an emergency room. They should hire more staff to provide shorter wait times when it's busy. The staff is rude, the security guards are even worse, and the ambulance crews are even worse. When I asked for an estimate of how long it would take for her to be seen the nurses words were "I don't know you see the waiting room." Which was very crowded. My daughter was shaking, vomiting and crying out in pain. We felt that there was no sense of urgency with any of th... read more
