I score my experience as less than 1. I am still not over the fact that they released my mom without trying to determine why she fell and the same day she fell again and they took her to Subburn who did keep her. I still belueve they contributed to her having to go in hospice, but last night was worse. Since all of my father's doctors are MedStar we went back because his doctors are wonderful. First time here, and Dr. Courtney was amazing!!! I genuinely felt like she cared about the pain I was in and truly knew what she was doing. She fixed my issue within seconds mind you, I had been dealing with this pain for 3 weeks. Unfortunately, my OBGYN couldn’t solve the problem, but the ER did!
THE BEST HOSPITAL IN THE WORLD. My daughter, Briela, was born in this hospital a month ago. It was an induced labor, which made it more complicated, but this place is the most beautiful thing that could ever exist. The doctors, the nurses, the care, even the food, etc. Everything is so professional, ethical, and courteous; words simply can't do it justice. We had an excellent experience at the MedStar Health Emergency Room. My daughter was severely dehydrated due to a stomach virus after being seen at another hospital and an urgent care where no exams or treatment were provided. From the moment we arrived, everything was different. She was taken back to a room in less than 20 minutes.
