worst experience ever. the doctor that saw me in the ER told me he was sending medication to the pharmacy, gave me something in the meantime until the pharmacy opened. then when I went to pick up no Rx. then when I called the hospital, I was treated like I was a junkie looking to score instead of a patient in pain!!!!!!
Too damn long of a wait time ..
The ER care for my loved one was top notch but security harassed, mistreated, and ultimately tried to force me to leave when I needed to wait in my car with my child who was not the patient until my loved one was done being treated in the ER. When I complained to the establishment they informed me that it was only to "conduct a welfare check and provide assistance"...that attempting to force me to leave my injured loved one stranded at the ER late at night with a dying cell phone was "assistance" and a "wellness check"? Las enfermeras pesadas y bruscas me apreto el brazo demaciado con el elastico aparte me lo dejo morado y cuando estaba en el cuarto de alado una señora creo se iso pipi y la enfermera enpezo a llamar a security y agritarle por que no fue al baño. no son professionals
