We were immensely pleased with the excellent service Howard Plumbing provided when replacing our main sewer line. They got us right on the schedule, obtained the necessary permit, and completed the job quickly to meet our deadline of the closing on the sale of our home. Their solution was straightforward and precise. They did such a great job restoring our yard and basement floor after the excavation. We couldn't be happier.
The entire team at Howard is top notch, however I had a working but old hot water heater and they recommend replacing it. So I paid the huge cost of replacing it and the new one installed only provides about 15-20 minutes total of hot water. So for a family of three we have to spread our showers out over the course of 6 hours or we have to take 5 minute or less showers. VERY unhappy with the cost and the product.
Howard does excellent plumbing work. I’ve used them several times and their technicians are always courteous and they’ve always done a great job.
