I’d rate lower if it were possible. I had an appointment with one therapist cancelled twice. First was a medical emergency and the second she was sick that day. Both cancellations happened day of when I took time off work to be available. The third therapist cancelled day of but they had another therapist step in to do my introduction appointment. My therapist was very supportive and encouraging while being honest and forthright. I felt I could confide my innermost thoughts and feelings without judgement. I went through a very trying time of desperation , depression, negative thinking and despair. I feel my therapist played a major part in me surviving but he also played a major part in me thriving. I will forever be grateful.

His help is far from professional. 1st, he signs you with one of his "professionals". And then, when you feel you can open up to them, he " yanks the rug from under you,"and assigns you with someone else. Then, he gets one of his "messengers, no names, Ann" to call and TELLS you to take who we give and LIKE it. Then, precedes to talk to you LIKE A CHILD! THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME 4 TIMES SINCE THEN! I am just sorry i did report this sooner. With the way the world is right now, we probably should give credit to Behavorial Med... read more
