It is conveniently located near Wheeling Hospital and has ALL the ammenities of any top health club. There's a pool, hot tubs, TONS of aerobic and anaerobic equipment, classes, etc. I take an aerobics class and I also use the free weights. It's a relaxed, climate-controlled atmosphere. The prices are outstanding for the services you receive and most of the time you can get a discount. (Be sure to ask!)
