A+ No matter what your fitness level or goal, you'll find everything you need at Howard Long Wellness Center! It is conveniently located near Wheeling Hospital and has ALL the ammenities of any top health club. There's a pool, hot tubs, TONS of aerobic and anaerobic equipment, classes, etc. I take an aerobics class and I also use the free weights. It's a relaxed, climate-controlled atmosphere. The prices are outstanding for the services you receive and most of the time you can get a discount. (Be sure to ask!)
