Property managers, Cecilia and Claudia are excellent property managers. They are very tentative to the tenants needs. I do pest control for this property as well too.
By far my favorite place I’ve lived in Tampa! The loft design is super cute and cozy and the location is awesome. Super close to downtown, Channelside, and lots of local places to eat.
The management team is awesome and super responsive! I love living here, the loft and tall ceilings make it such a unique apartment. All of the appliances are up to date and it’s in a very convenient location!
This is by far the best management and apartment complex. Could live here forever!! Couldn’t ask for more!
Was looking for a place that put me in a good spot to get to know Tampa and this is it! Minutes away from Hyde Park, Riverwalk and Downtown. Necessities like groceries and entertainment are within 10 minutes in any direction. I really like the high ceilings, unique floor plan and lighting inside the unit. Plus, the maintenance and management team have been nothing but efficient and kind since move in.
