Met with Jensen McCauley today for a Constructive Dismissal consultation. He was pleasant, listened, offered his opinion, options, best and worse case scenarios, etc. so I can make an informed decision. He also followed up immediately after our consultation ended with information he had offered. My experience with Levitt LLP, Mr. McCauley and Rebecca Train (his legal assistant) were extremely positive.

Highly recommend Jensen! Very helpful and knowledgeable, helped manage my expectations and ground me in reality, through facts—which was appreciated. In the end was very happy with the results. Some lawyers like to make big promises and exaggerate what can be done with your case, draw things out etc. but I didn’t find that here.
