Waited an hour past my appointment and left. Rescheduled appointment is a month out
I've had nothing but positive experiences dealing with this office and Dr. Perlmutter. Hard to believe some of the negative things I am reading, but to each his own. Dr. Perlmutter gets 5 stars from me.
I developed a lump and needed to have it checked. I guess its not important enough for the Dr.
Worst practice I've encountered. I started going here because my old doctor joined the group then later retired. Bill practices are awful. I was sent multiple bills for the same DOS and paid it unknowingly. When I realized this error it's taken months to get a hold of someone because their outsourced billing department can't help. I've called several times and left messages with the office, office manager, and emailed as told my their outsourced billing department and still no answer! No one answers at this practice.
