I had a prostate biopsy with Dr Perlmutter on December 10, 2025. When I asked questions prior to booking the appointment, I was told that the chances of serious post-op complications are virtually negligible. Late on December 11, I had severe shaking and chills with a fever of 103° for four hours. I called Dr Perlmutter’s office first thing in the morning (Dec 12) and described my symptoms.
