I just called and asked to electronically send my script for blood to quest - last year i had to bring my phone to show my results. This office is not professional and disorganized. Now she said i have no appointment this year as i have the card they gave me for this year appointment. Had to wait over 1-:/2 hour last year. Maybe time to find another place. Sad.
SO UNHAPPY with this group and Dr. Kim! Not only can you NEVER get in touch with the office or Doctor, but the staff at this office is too busy fooling around at the front desk to care about those who are in the office waiting to be seen or need to speak to them on the phone. I had an emergency stone removal surgery in May by another doctor at Centra State Hospital and I have YET to hear from Dr. Kim or his office to see how I was and am doing now!
