Worst practice I've encountered. I started going here because my old doctor joined the group then later retired. Bill practices are awful. I was sent multiple bills for the same DOS and paid it unknowingly. When I realized this error it's taken months to get a hold of someone because their outsourced billing department can't help. I've called several times and left messages with the office, office manager, and emailed as told my their outsourced billing department and still no answer! No one answers at this practice. Dr. Leitner has been very good, office is poorly run. Been to Dr. Leitner several times and never had an issue, nice caring doctor. Called about UTI symptoms and was told no one could see me for weeks, but to come and leave a sample. Left a sample and was told I should be checked out based on symptoms. No appointment was available for weeks. They said they would call with culture results. Went to a different doctor and was seen and diagnosed that day with a prostate infection. This would have been a real issue if I had left ... read more
