We went to this man for help with a child support case. I was in his office for maybe 10 minutes, after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time. He didn't even look at the paperwork that I had prepared and wasn't interested in the reason I was there. He was too busy on his Blackberry/ PDA to pay any attention.
