I had to call for an update to find there was not sufficient docs and that another firm was responsible. I had not heard from ANYONE since December 5th. Then I was treated as tho I had no right to complain about something that VALIDATED my time in service...DDform214?

They never informed me about anyone who was taking care of my case. They were not able to inform me about my status, or what was going on with anything. It had been over 5 years since I had Heard from them. I had called them and they never responded to any of my emails, or my phone calls
