Whilst I didn’t end up buying a car from Howard-Johnston cars (due to collection difficulties), Peter was quite excellent. So honest and up front with any issues the car had (such as telling me it needed new tyres which I would have overlooked), incredibly efficient in responding to any queries and really fair in the manner he dealt with me. I bought a Honda CRV from Peter and it's great. His aftercare is exemplary, and nothing is too much trouble. Great garage and highly recommend.
We 'remotely purchased' a 2018, Mini Cooper convertible from this company. The service from Peter and his team was outstanding. The car was delivered from Edinburgh to Suffolk quickly and at reasonable cost. The Mini is exactly as described and we are delighted with it. It was a pleasure to do business with this company and I recommend Howard-Johnson without reservation.
Good choice of cars from this small independent dealer. Peter the owner was very responsive to call me on a Saturday evening after I enquired through Autotrader. Unfortunately unable to get through to view car before it was sold, but Peter also rang me to let me know the situation. Very nice customer service in this respect and would have been happy to buy from them.
