Picked up my car from Peter today and the whole process couldn't have been smoother. From my first enquiry with Andras, right through to collecting my car Peter and team couldn't have been more helpful. Worth noting, when you buy a car, that independent 'smaller' dealers give you a more personal service, and Howard Johnston demonstrated those values. Thanks Peter, Andras and team.
Whilst I didn’t end up buying a car from Howard-Johnston cars (due to collection difficulties), Peter was quite excellent. So honest and up front with any issues the car had (such as telling me it needed new tyres which I would have overlooked), incredibly efficient in responding to any queries and really fair in the manner he dealt with me.
