I showed up at 8:30 p.m. to check into the room I had already paid for, only to be told there was no room available because the hotel had been overbooked. I booked a 2 bed hotel room on Priceline and when I got to check in the front desk lady was very rude and asked if I needed a 2 bed room and I said yes and she said well everything is double booked, so I have a king bed or nothing. I took the king bed. My family and I walked the halls the lighting is very dim. The people walking the halls make it seem like this is their home.
