My fiance bought my engagement ring here and we recently went back and had it fitted properly free of charge. The service has been exceptional and we are very grateful. We went back and bought wedding rings as well, they were helpful and kind, and went above and beyond to help us plan for our big day! Would highly recommend this store to anyone in the Hamilton area looking for jewellery...it is a wonderful place!
Bought an engagement ring worth over $2000 only a year and half ago and it has lost stones in the band 3 times. Within 5 months a stone was missing (which they replaced.) Two months later, another stone(which they replaced). Now a third time!! I don’t do hard labour with my hands so I would think it should’ve held up better with normal wear. Wondering if it’s even real!! Shop at your own risk!! Update: It’s been about 2 months since my post and a fourth stone has now fallen out.
Super nice and helpful...bought 3 sets of earrings for my daughters. Walked in with a pair that the clasp wouldnt close the hoop and they fixed it on the spot! Will be back!
Asim Yaqoob was never a customer at Howard’s jewellers. He was actually a very disrespectful customer who was letting his children run wild near Howard’s jewellers. And refused to discipline his children so much that the mall security had to get involved. Do not listen to his review as he is a liar and just doesn’t know how to control his children. Do better Asim Yaqoob!
