I arrived 30 minutes early to my first appointment with Dr. Howard’s office, but I wasn’t seen until almost an hour after my scheduled time. Despite the wait, I was impressed with Dr. Howard. He was attentive, thorough, and had an excellent bedside manner, which made me feel comfortable and informed about my chest pain concerns. Find a better doctor. Believe the reviews. Dr. Howard acts like you are bothering him, when you are giving him business. The lady at the front desk, she’s the worst. They charge upfront and still bill your insurance. Then you have to chase them for your refund. Never again will they get my business.

Still waiting. I was overcharged by $100 for my copay. A year later I am still trying to get my refund. I have been sent to a voicemail several times with no response. Carla said she will have my payment ready on Friday months ago.
