Great appointment!! Although it took almost a year to get in, it was well worth the wait! The office staff is friendly and professional, and the office is pleasant, open, and spacious. Dr. Snapper....is literally the BEST! He is exceptional at his areas of specialties, which is vast. He's attentive, knowledgeable, gives great, detailed information, and he is a very good listener. Everyone knows Dr. Snapper is amazing, he diagnosed my POTS after years of misdiagnoses. Today's follow up visit was amazing too: from our nurse Michael who was kind about my anxiety and helped me find a fidget substitute when she heard I'd forgotten mine, to the nurse practitioner Lakesha, also very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable.
We got a phone call a week ago to notify us about this appointment for the first time. When I spoke to the person on the phone, I told them I was confused as we had not made the appointment. I mentioned I would most likely cancel as we already see a POTS specialist in Emory. The person on the phone said that Dr Snapper has a long wait list and that they would keep us on the schedule if we wanted to call our doctor's office in the meantime for more information.
