I needed a second opinion on my diagnosis, I looked up a few Rheumatologist and saw that Dr Van Gelder was excepting new patients so I called to schedule an appointment and the front desk scheduler was VERY RUDE and then stated “WELL THERE IS NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE” and I did state I saw on Facey website he was excepting new patients, she then barked out “WHATS YOUR INSURANCE, HMO PPO , I gave her the information and she then took 5 minutes to come back to say NEXT APPOINTMENT IS NOT TILL THE END OF OCTOBER..
