I call to make an appointment, I didn’t had insurance only healthy woman .. but I know they don’t accept that insurance .. so the told me it’s 175 for the appointment than the main doctor told her to tell me that they don’t accept no one with no insurance.. that was there excuse that doesn’t make senses… is more like racist .. I’m Latina ..

I understand the need to make an appointment to be seen, but my review is focused on the front desk staff. One receptionist insisted I find another place for care due to a contract issue affecting next year, even though we're still in this year. Another receptionist echoed this but said I could still make an appointment this month. I appreciated the notice but felt their approach was unhelpful and confusing.
