Dr. Winter is very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and has a horrible bedside manner. Was referred by my doctor would definitely NOT recommend him. And will not schedule my surgery with him. Requesting a new doctor. Avoid him. You think with all these bad reviews Doctors would stop referring him and KP should take action.
Dr Howard Winter did a bladder incision surgery in July of this year and I’m very happy with the results. Thank you Dr. Winter

The diagnosis and pre surgery went ok the post surgery was a nightmare Dr Winter is the reason my fiance will not ever go back, his post surgery bed side manners is a void. Surgery was done that required a Foley catheter for a week or so during that time blood was seen in the urine bag and we were concerned called office and was a struggle to get seen finally was seen and as a patient that just had surgery in a very delicate area Dr Winter tactics of reviewing the surgery site about sent me thru the roof with pain!!! Appalling bedside manner. I stopped a procedure before it began properly, rather than deal with his condescension. Will reschedule with a different urologist.
