Christine made everything so easy to understand and Thomas has been very quick to respond to my emails. I look forward to many years of using them for all of my accounting needs.
They had one job - file the tax returns on time. They didn't do it. We got hit with a late fee. We started reaching out to them in early March to get a headstart on preparing the tax documents but they didn't get back to us until 4:45 pm ET on Tax day. Even then, the whole return was filed wrong and had to be re-filed. We have discontinued our account but they still haven't sent us any of the bookkeeping documents that we paid them for.
