I called with questions regarding this facility. I couldn't even hear what was being said- a lot of laughing, etc in the background, very loud. No effort was made to lower the background noise so that I could hear. After being asked if the noise was on my end I had heard all that I needed to hear. Extremely unprofessional and immature. And definitely not what I am searching for to help my child.
It has been a safe place to grow and develop in my early recovery. Thanks to everyone at the house, in building a solid foundation in witch I can further build upon one day at a time.
Very great place to ensure a great life ahead. Staff very involved of individual needs and personal growth, couldn't been at a better place. THANX Howard house, Al, and staff
