We had a great experience with Hoppy. The technicians that came to the house were not only professional, but also very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions with candor and I never felt pressured about buying anything. We had them replace our AC and furnace, and they were done quickly. Their work was great, and we are love the fact that it comes with a membership for future maintenance!
Woke up on Sunday morning to loud noises coming out of heating ducts. Checked in basement and noise coming from basement furnace. Called and spoke to Brandon and set a time for him to come out on Monday and view. He gave us our options. We were dealing with a 16 yr old Goodman furnace which had some problems over the years and a 22 air conditioner that was still running well.
