Very personable and super friendly.
I am a repeat customer and recommend Hoppy to my friends and family locally. It all started when they were the only company in town to actually answer the phone and follow through with an emergency mid winter service call. This company started sending unsolicited spam text messages to my personal cell phone a couple of days ago. Never heard of them before, definitely never signed up for these messages. Haven't ever done business with them, and certainly won't now. C'mon, literally everyone hates this, do better.
Chris and Matt were very professional and very friendly. Had no problem explaining to me what my problems are and why they need to be corrected. I also learned that this is a Veteran owned small business! Bonus points right there! I'll take the Veteran owned small shop over a corporate shop any day!
