I had them come out to check why my AC can't keep up with the temperature outside. Come to find out I am leaking freon. They were prompt and courteous.
Everyone at Hoppy was very professional and respectful. They were able to quickly schedule to come out the next morning after I put a call in at around 8:30 PM. The next morning the tech showed up and did his checks, keeping me informed to what he was finding. Within 2 hours of him showing up I was in the schedule for the next day to get my AC system replaced. Great work!
Good communication from initial contact to appointment. Company only asked for donation to foodbank for the maintenance/cleaning. Michael was the technician who came. He is friendly, informative, and very professional. He did end up fixing something on an 11 yr old system. Price was reasonable though. Highly recommended!
Had a great experience with Hoppy for our AC tune up! Our original appointment had to be rescheduled due to weather, and they were very prompt with communication and rebooking. Chris was punctual, professional, and even showed me pictures of his sweet French Bulldogs. Looking forward to using them again in the future!
